Grid settings for zooming in and out of 9 slices

scale9Grid is a property that sets the grid for scaling up/down the 9 slices. The default value is null, and the Rectangle object is assigned to it when it is set.
9Slice expansion/reduction direction
Top, Bottom, Left, Right and Center area
zoom in/out as usual.
Top, Bottom, Left, Right, and four corner areas
fixed without enlargement/reduction
Top and Bottom Left and Right center areas
magnify/reduce only in left/right direction
Left, Right, up, down, center area
Zoom in/out vertically only
